Landscape

In this series of works I use the entwined histories of painting and photography to create a pictorialism more familiar in painting, but manifest here in photographs.

There is an allure and defiance about the landscape. Man projects himself upon it.
In these photographs the rough serenity of nature is laid bare, its physicality celebrated.
